A proposal to extend our partnership, build credibility at scale, and position us for a breakout season.
All amounts in this proposal are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) for clarity. The current service package is USD $5,000 — equivalent to CAD $6,917 per month.
For the media outlet site creation and promotion (as per TSM's formal proposal), I'd like to amortise the total website development payment over a renewal of my contract and change to a 6 or 12 month term, with the amortisation applied over 6 months only.
To date this month has been a bit slower than it has been, but with the draft coming up I'm happy to add all unused Jump-ins from this month to the following month — I expect they will be very useful. If we go over the amount of Jump-ins that would reach the next tier cost, we can simply save by moving up to the next tier. Please note: when I reach 40 accounts, the fee structure will change — see fee structure below.
Building starts immediately
Purchased and structured for the upcoming season
Credible, aged accounts ready for next season
Build all 5 sites right away (as per the proposal), with the development cost ($6,000 per site for a total of $30,000) amortised over 6 months and added to my contract. This lets me start building all accounts immediately and share sports and local news across the network — enhancing the credibility of both the sites and the accounts.
I genuinely believe this would be a game changer from every perspective.
Delivery commitment: Full delivery of all five sites within 4–6 weeks of contract signing and/or first payment.
There will always be tweaks along the way, but all sites will be newsworthy and shareworthy within 4–6 weeks — each one completed in 7–10 days, and we can start using them as they are finished. If we start now, we could have the first shareable media and news outlet ready in a week.
*Ongoing changes and updates will be constant and are included in the Monthly Content & Management cost, as per TSM's proposal.
Editorial content for the monthly will come from TSM — only the website development is being amortised under this proposal.
Purchase approximately 24 X accounts (final number TBD) and create a solid structure for the upcoming season of 40 accounts that regularly pump out news to build credibility — so when we need them, we're ready.
Each site will integrate live feeds from major sports networks to ramp up content and authority from day one. Some may require subscription fees — ESPN is confirmed free (already implemented on the sample site).
Monthly packages are tiered by account volume. All amounts in CAD. If Jump-in volume exceeds what's included, moving up to the next tier is typically more cost-effective than paying per Jump-in.
If termination occurs prior to the 6-month term, the remainder of the website development costs will be due upon final payment.
The standard 30-day termination clause remains in place — so you can always end the arrangement if needed. But I'm all in on this. I've even used my personal Instagram and other accounts wherever possible (outside the contract scope) because I genuinely believe in what we're building.
Extend contract (6–12 months), agree package tier and site amortisation terms before 26 June 2026.
All 5 media sites go live with network feeds. ~24 X accounts purchased and set to private. YouTube channels created per site.
Accounts pump out sports and local news daily. Sites cross-promote content and build authority across the network.
Clean up older posts, flip accounts public. Launch with 40 credible, aged accounts and a fully operational media network.
Things will improve and gain significantly more traction once this infrastructure is in place. The sites give the accounts legitimacy; the accounts give the sites reach. By next season, we're not starting from zero — we're launching with history, credibility, and momentum.
I love working with you on this, and I'm ready to get started.
